Deposit
Hi I ordered 2 contact u guys took the deposit and cancelled my contract I just want my deposit back

I think you mean you failed the credit check?
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

You are only talking to other customers but what we can say is this should be refunded to you within 2-3 weeks so if it has been longer than this you will need to call Sky to chase them up about it.
