Denied mobile phone contract

I applied for a new contract through sky for a mobile phone. I was denied this contract, but Sky have still taken £175 out of my bank and haven't issued a refund?

Having failed the credit checks any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
