I have ordered an item that is due for delivery tomorrow. I wish to change the day as I will be at work. I have tried to do this but I can't locate the reference number I need to do so. Does anyone know where I can find this. Thanks.

I'm not sure you can change the delivery day so if you are not gong to be there is there anyone else that has the same surname and their own ID that can take it in for you instead ?

It says on the website I can change delivery day I just need my reference number which I haven't been able to find in any email. No one else at my address has the same last name as me either.
