Hi, my mother got a iPhone from Sky and she recently passed away we can't access the phone to clear her iCloud and get any details we need , Apple said they can do this but need proof of purchase.
Obviously I can't access her emails or anything is there anyway I can get this?

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."
