Delivery for sky mobile contract

Hi, i ordered a mobile phone contract (iphone and sim) and a case last night- to be delivered tomorrow 21/11/2024. 

Originally, it was tracking that the case and phone would arrive tomorrow 21/11. Now, the case has disappeared from tracking and the sim doesn't actually say when it'll be delivered. I'm a new customer to sky and my current sim is with tesco, meaning if my sim doesn't arrive with my phone i can't actually use it until it does arrive (the phone is prob locked to sky and my current sim is tesco)

Any help would be brilliant- where the phone case has gone, and when the sim will arrive (why not same day as the iphone)

All mobiles from Sky are unlocked so you can use your Tesco sim in it. The sim from Sky is delivered via Royal Mail so should be with you with 2-3 days.
