Delivery/Order

I have ordered the Ipad 12 pro about 3 days ago and I still haven't gotten anything back through emails or nothing, I don't know what's happening but it has taken away the upfront money from my account.

I tried to track or see my orders it's not saying anything but to contact them. 

I have tried to contact them so many times for the past 3 days and they have been no help or have been too busy everytime.

I don't have anything what do i do?

If you ordered your phone over the weekend then Inwould give it a few more days as the further checks are carried out and these wouldn't have started until yesterday at the earliest.

ohh okay thank you, i just got confused because it said free next day delivery and once i got it i got no confirmation or anything and can't get hold of anyone from sky.
