Deleting an eSIM

Hi. I have a new phone and I transferred everything over from my old phone. I have an eSIM which I've deleted. I've spent hours trying to speak with someone. On the online chat, they said they sent me a replacement but in the order section of my app it says it's not ready yet and that was two days ago. What do I do? I'm going round in circles. Thank you

Sorry, I should have explained myself better. The eSIM is new with sky. A new contract. I accidentally deleted it and I can't activate the replacement one. Since posting this, a sky  representative is due to phone me....fingers crossed!
