Deleted my eSIM on new iPhone.

When transfering my sim from my iPhone 15 Pro to my iPhone 17 Pro Max, I transferred my number. I noticed I had a primary and personal number in the settings so I deleted one of them but it deleted both so I've had no service for days now. I've never seen this before so must be an iOS 26 thing? Also never even heard of an eSIM or realised I had one till now.

 

I've tried the virtual assistance which never puts me through to an agent it just says it's not working right now. I've also tried going into the SIM settings on my account but clicking on re-install SIM just opens an error page saying it's not working right now either.

 

Does not a single thing on the Sky site and app work? It's the same on both. I also can't order a replacement as I've forgot my recovery code and can't get a code via message considering I have no service.

 

How do I get my eSIM back??

Hi @Sutekh935  if you cant find a phone to call sky then try the social media links at the bottom of this page to get in touch with Sky for help.

I've messaged them on messenger as I have no other social media. The last thing they said was this:

 

"Since I was unable to help you today, I'll get you to an expert who will support you further. Please note that our Social Media Team does not operate a live chat function and will respond as soon as they can, and may not be able to help further with this specific query."

 

I don't understand as they say they'll get me in touch then do a 180 and say they don't do a live chat? I'm so confused. I've had no response yet.
