Is this an order for an iPhone 17?
As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

If it's a demand issue how come my friend got the phone delivery update who ordered the phone just after 2 week from my order and for me it's still demand issue....that's seems not fair just waste of my time for waiting
