Deactivated sim

Hi all, A few weeks a go my sim.card decided to deactivate and I'm.no longer connected to any kind of network, I ordered a replacement sim but somehow it seems to be blank amd I'm.getti g an error message, I've had my device at a shop nothing wrong there, cleared my browser, waiting on yet another sim but it's been a week! I'm.getting really frustrated with sky as there doesn't seem to be a way to speak to an agent via live chat...the chat bot is rubbish! Is there any way to access live chat amd peak to an agent! Thank you

What is the error message you are seeing with the replacement sim in your phone ?

So the issue is that you are unable to activate it so all you can do is to find a way to contact Sky for help with this, if you don't have another phone then there are links to their siocial media sites at the bottom of the page.
