I have up dated my data to unlimited now its not working and says I have run out I've done everything turned phone of and on

What date did you change your data package on and when is your billing date as you would only get the full package after your next billing date as prior to that what you would get is based on the number of days before it resets which is the billing date.

I changed it today so it didn't run out due to face time appointment now it says unlimited but its not working I need data it should come.out 4th I changed it to

Hi @Crystable24  i would call sky on 150 and get them to look at it for you.
