I'm with sky mobile, sent for new sim for extra data but now asking for PAC but I'm not leaving just need extra data, any advise

Hi @Beanborsi  it sounds like you have ordered a new sim/ plan that will have a new number. This link explains how to change the mix on your current sim.

You didn't need to do that. Using the link supplied by @63johnw you can change your data plan once every billing period. 

 

Increasing the data plan happens almost immediately.

 

Decreasing the data plan happens at the start of your next billing period.

When this new sim turns up it will be cancelled if you do not activate it.
