Data working. Calls & SMS not working. Sky Mob Ireland

Hello, I recently transferred my number to Sky (eSim) from vodafone (Ireland). I'm using an iPhone 16 pro.

The phone (and sms) is not working.

under eSims there is 2 sims showing.

1 (P) Primary (shows my number)

2 (D) Mobile Data (shows my number)

So far I've

-restarted the phone multiple times.

-reset network settings

-waited over 24hours.

Still, no calls, no texts.

Even the 150 number does not work.

Can someone please advise, or better yet instruct on how to get through to a person that can help?

From my understanding @cft your sky sim should be showing there, is the sky sim showing as secondary sim at all ?
