Can’t activate my sim

I've tried activating my new sky sim multiple times over the last 3/4days and it won't let me, I am trying to keep my existing number and have the pac code but still won't work.

Hi @Josh133  can you confirm you are transferring a number from another network to sky with a PAC ? As you can't port a number from sky sim to sky sim.

Yeah that's correct I'm trying to transfer from EE to sky mobile with a pac code and it's not working
