Data usage

I've currently got an ongoing complaint with Sky after our WiFi was accidentally cancelled when we moved house a few weeks ago. My husband got in touch when it never started up after the engineer came out,  and we've got an appointment for someone to come out on 7th July. However I've used almost all of my data as a result of this issue that wasn't our fault. 
Can I please have some more data just to get me through to the end of the month?

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

You could change your 'Mix' to a higher package which kicks in almost immediately or purchased 1GB of data at £6.
