@Angel33
Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Help

If sky has terminated my contract even after I have paid my bill how can I get them to get everything back working? I need to make calls and be able to receive them however with my phone not working I'm in a situation where I can't do that.

@Angel33

If your bills remained unpaid for 56+ days Sky can (and do) terminate the contract.

Re: Help

So can they renew my contract after I've paid my bills, I'm in a situation where I need my phone and I've used every bit of my money to pay the bill off to get it working again

@Angel33

Your payment history may be a stumbling block there. How long were the payments outstanding?

Re: Help

I have emailed them and spoken to them about my situation at the moment with money and I've only just been able to pay the outstanding bill after paying the first half

Re: Help

After I contacted them about paying small amounts throughout the months because of my situation they were only outstanding for a month but they were aware I was unable to pay

They may have been aware but the restriction process is automated and staff can't override it, even if they said they will on the phone.
