Hey guys
travelled abroad with work to the Czech Republic. When I arrived I had the standard "roaming passport plus" message. Left the airport and had no data.
followed every step online and getting nowhere. Called the helpline and the chap suggested a network settings refresh. Still no luck.
When I visit
http://sky.com/apn i see "data usage unavailable"
im stuck using the WiFi in my hotel until i get this resolved. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
