Data stopped work abroad urgent help needed please
Have been using Sky here in Tenerife via Movistar for last few days. Suddenly lunchtime stops working. Have been through online guides, rebooting, spend caps, network settings, cannot use phone to call. I'm worried as travel documents are all online.
Hoping a Sky employee will see this and open a case as getting nowhere with the virtual assistant. Thank you!

@Leanne311 Your post won't be seen by anyone who can raise a case, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers and the few Sky staff here cannot assist as they have no idea who you are(your forum user mane is not linked in anyway to your account.
If you have been using a lot of data while abroad it could be that you have hit the cap of 25GB, once that hits your data is stopped until the next billing period. If you haven't used a lot of data then you may need to find away to contact Sky to report the issue and get help, I belive their teams on social media may be able to help(im not 100% certain on that but it's worth a try).
