My phone says 5G but I cannot receive messages on any app until I am connected to wifi
I have rolled over data and still when I leave the house, my phone does not receive messages on WhatsApp or social media apps even though my phone says 4G or 5G. Why is this happening?

Ignoring the social media apps for a minute, can you access websites when on mobile data ?
