My data keeps running out and I have to top up with piggy bank. Nothing has changed and I e had this plan for years , but since I've had sky tv fitted my data doesn't last. Before this I always had data carried over from previous month
When you are at home so your phone is connected to your wifi network then turn mobile data off so that should the wifi connection drop mobile data will not take over.
