Data roaming

I have had my data roaming on since yesterday and have paid £4 so far for it and I've not been able to get it working but still had the money taken from me.

Hi @Bethsmith2  what country are you in ? Have you tried turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then doing a manual search and try other networks on the list?
