I'm in Canada, on arrival, data roaming worked and I got a text to confirm the £2 daily charge. That was 3 days ago and since then, it doesn't work. Followed the troubleshooting on Sky, installed profile setting etc, but still doesn't work. Downloaded an eSIM that also doesn't work. Any ideas? I'm here with my kids and need data most days!

I tried a different local network provider and it worked. Probably seems obvious to many, I didn't realise that not all the local providers would work!
