Data price

I payed for data because I needed it I was charged for a month before the data was activated I need a refund please because I only had the data add on for not even a full month and I was charged for two months I would like a refund for one of those because I wasn't charged fairly I was charged twice

You shou;d have been charged for your sim from the date you activated the sim and you would have had 31 days to do this. Due to the way the billing works as we pay in advance with Sky you might have been charged again two weeks later as per this as you can read about here under the "When you'll be charged for your first bills" section::

After that second bill you will then be billed monthly.

 

So is this what has happened ?

I was charged twice on my billing date one charge said it was for January to February but I upgraded to unlimited data on the 4th February and I ended it today 19th February so I only had it active for 15 days so I should not have been charged for two months only one month

The billing doesn't work like that because once a bill has been created and this happens 14 days in advance no changes can be applied to it. So if you ordered this pckage then cancelled it the changes should be shown on your next bill.
