Data - please help

Sky mobile data is being used even when I am home and connected to my household wifi.

 

Any ideas?

@Cadbury27 I guess it could be being used if there are drops in the WiFi or the signal isn't strong enough.

There is an obvious solution to stop it though, and that's turn off mobile data when at home.

And if you have WiFi Assist activated on the phone(s) then that uses cellular data in addition to WiFi to increase bandwidth.
