tansferred number from o2 to sky

says no service 

to make calls will ask for primary or travel

rang sky multiple time

oassed from pillow to post and incorrect departments

was supposed to have call back not received one

asked to speak to manager was put through to broadband

Shocking service

can I go in store to cancel and hand phine back

If you phone has a duel sim then select primary from those two options.

No: they couldn't accept or process that.
