I have moved over some data from my piggy bank as I ran out this month. However it's still not allowing me online using the data as though I am still out

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere can sometimes be a delay in the data actually rolling over but usually within 24 hours it has caught up so don't roll anymore otherwise it will roll over twice.
