I can't access piggybank on mobile app just keeps redirecting me to phone offers

Iv had sky mobile for roughly a year now it's not worked since Iv not really bothered but just back from holiday and my data is low so was looking to top up from piggybank but anytime I sign in on the app it just redirects me to phone offers

Hi @Adam2821  i would call sky on 150 and ask them to roll some data for you and look into why you can't.

You wouldn't have a number for someone at sky would you? Anytime I try I get through to answer machines with options that lead to nowhere

The post above by @63johnw is the number to use and I'm afraid it will be a batlle with the bot, you could see what happens if you say nothing when it asks you a question.
