Data not working abroad

I've followed all of the help guides, I have asked to resend network settings I have done it all. My issue is I don't have any signal at all, I have no data, I've extended my spend cap, I've turned data roaming on, I've followed their network settings but I can't even receive the text because I also have no signal, me and my wife are sky customers, her mobile is fine, my just has a satellite symbol in the corner and nothing else
