Data missing

I got a message saying I was low on data so I rolled an additional 1GB from the piggy bank, it showed up on my account but then seconds later I received a second text saying I was out of data for the month. When I logged into my Sky mobile account I saw the level go from 1.75 GB to 0GB. I can't understand it. Has this happened to anyone else?

How long have you been a Sky Mobile customer ?

What date does your data reset on each month ?
