Data didn’t work while abroad

Hi my data did not work while abroad but I have still been charged. I am going away again soon and I will need this data to work. Please can I ask why

As customers here @Jack+Ruby we would have no idea why your data didn't work and can't say for sure that it will work when you go away next. I'm sure plenty do go abroad and have no issues but there will always be some people that for whatever reason do have issues,

At the very least it might help to indicate which 'abroad' you went to....

 

There's recently been a specific issue with Sky Mobile users in Canada, and various Spanish islands off the coast of Africa are frequently mentioned in this forum.
