Activate and transfer not working

Went through activation process and transfer number but it's been 30min and sim still not active plus error in transferring number. No useful help on Sky mobile. Why hasn't my SIM activated even if there is a transfer issue/ delay.

Hi @JonWiggins  i have seen issues reported here when other customers try and activate and give the PAC at the same time. Activating the sim first then giving sky the PAC once it's activated usually works. You may have to wait until tomorrow if it doesn't activate and then call sky for help. Just confirming you are transferring into sky from a different network.

Transferring from another operator.
