I also have this issue. I cannot even call sky to ask for help. I've followed every online tutorial, and cannot request network settings as I have to service to recieve texts, which implies it's not a straight forward data reset. Please help

Does the status link report any known mast issues?
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
