Data allowance

I'm supposed to get 100 GB of data but receiving nothing The app says I've used it all but I've never had any

What date did you activate your Sky sim on and what date each month is your billing date ?

Hi @Jasper1971_  are you sure you signed up for the 100 Gig and not the 100 meg sim ?

I suspect it's the 100MB option rather than 100GB...  (100MB will be used within minutes)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
