Data Unavailable

For the last 3 weeks when I try and find out how much data I have available on my 50GB plan it keeps on telling me that the Data not available, and that I have 0GB of 50GB left, added to that if I attempt to add any data from my piggybank it still displays the balance as being 0GB.  I have made 5 calls in the last 3 weeks and each time I've been told that it is an "known issue" but no one seems to be able to tell me when it will be resolved, and if it was real known Issue I would have thought the basics would be to send something out in text/email to let people know who they might think could be potentially impacted.

Formal complaint has already been done.  But nothing seems to be happening.  The last call I just had they had me on hold for over 30 minutes whilst they got an update on why this could possibly be happening.

Made formal complaint in which I specifically mentioned that all communication must be made by email.  Got a voicemail message asking me to call a number to discuss complaint was in a queue for an hour then on hold for half an hour before the "customer retention and complaints operative decided to end the call.  I don't know if Sky have changed who is doing their customer services/customer retention services recently but in the last 2 months the overall service they are providing has dipped below an acceptable level.  Getting this sorted out and other things that have happened to my accounts has left me significantly out of pocket financially and with time.
