I have rolled data over and it has came out of my piggy bank but not added to my total. Can someone help please?

Hi @scoobytoon call sky on 150 so they can roll some for you and look at why you can't.

I'm having the same problem. I rang 150 and a bot rolled over 2GB and that hasn't hit my balance either. Can't talk to anyone on 150...

My partner was having same issues spoke to sky and they said it's a known issue it's been down since this morning and there working to fix it and as we are currently without WiFi it's no good to us either so my partners out of data and I'm running very low but this was about 6pm we rang then rand them again at 8.30pm they said it could still be a couple of hours .... I hope this helps anyone
