Data Roaming

My daughter has the data roaming switched on on her Sky mobile but she can't get Internet atm. We're currently in Spain. I'm not particularly tech savvy but I would have thought if that's switched on it should work?

Hi @CazEvie  there have been quite a few reports of issues in Spain. Make sure the monthly spend cap on the account is set high enough to cover her stay (a cap must be set) also try searching for and connecting to other local networks.

I think I managed to sort it simply by turning her iphone off and on again. Lol. She can't be without TikTok even in Spain!! Lol
