Damaged pre-paid returns box

Hi, i am in the middle of a swap deal and I have received my new phone. Unfortunately my dog has destroyed the pre-paid returns box so I can't send my old phone back? Can you send me a new pre-paid box so I can send my old phone back asap?

We can't @Kaillbillvn as we are customers. So give Sky a call (just dial 150) and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.
