Hi, I dropped my phone recently & the screen was damaged but today the phone has totally died & I have been told its unrepairable. If I pay off my outstanding balance on this phone do I have to wait until this is confirmed before I order a new phone plan or can I go ahead & place on order immediatly.

Until you pay off the old device then as you're aware you would be paying for both
