Damaged SIM Replacement.

Has anyone else had issues with damaged SIM Replacement? For weeks I have requested a replacement SIM without success. I'm more often kept on the line which then seems to get timed out and my issue is still unresolved

Hi @Bazz1e  a replacement should arrive within a couple of days. The only way to get one now is by phoning sky so you will have to persevere on the phone. Have you checked that your account is showing the correct postal address ?
