Damaged Product

Hello, I recieved a damaged Galaxy tablet yesterday, called up to be told the case was being handed to another team. It has been over 24 hours now and I have recieved zero contact from Sky about replacement being sent out and the damaged one being collected. Has anyone had a similar issue and how long did it take them to fully resolve the problem? Thanks in advance

It will take a lot longer than 24 hours. Sky will have to liaise with the distribution warehouse and DPD  before deciding on the next step.
