Good afternoon

I am still waiting for my iPad to be delivered. Was due to be delivered on Monday 19th December.
Looking at the tracking & emails we have received just says 'out for delivery today' then late in the evening will receive a text to say could not deliver today and will deliver tomorrow.

Please can you shed some light on when it will be delivered? Can we collect from there Crawley depot?

@Willharwood You're not addressing Sky via the forum we are customers like you. You will need to contact DPD to either re-arrange delivery or collection if they will allow it. The forum can't do that for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

DPD are experiencing massive delays due to the Christmas rush and the fall out from the Royal Mail industrial action. Other courier companies appear to be in the same boat.

I fear you won't be able to collect from your local depot as for security reasons (if it's the same as a mobile phone) it has to be delivered to the account address.

If you have been told that DPD will deliver tomorrow then hopefully this is what they will do because other than that there isn't anything anyone can do to get it to you any quicker.
