DPD Delivered Iphone 13 Pro wit a broken seal

I have recieved iphone 13 Pro today from DPD (£1060 +a sim card and no upfront payment) and one of the seals is broken. I am worried that someone may have tampered with the phone or probably swapped the phone. I have called sky and the clueless lady i spoke to said they have to close my account and make a fresh order. I refused cause this will show on my credit reprot that i am taking out too much credits and might fail the credit check. She eventually did and i was told to make £66 upfront payment which I refused. 

Now they are saying they have to investgate to know why this happened. Trying to put the blame on me that i broke the seal. I have checked on other service providers forums and seen that DPD is notorious for breaking phone seals given to them for delivery.  This is shocking cos this is a device tha hold people information. Why would DPD be tampering with devices put in their care for delivery?
