Customer service

Got to be the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement sim due to losing my phone abroad. I've tried cancelling that same number and each person puts me on hold and then ends the call. I have spoke to over 14 different advisors and not one person can help me. I'm going to stop all direct debits and let's see what happens then

I'm afraid cancelling your payment method is definitely not a good idea and it will cause you lots of additional problems.

 

The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added monthly and then Sky will involve a debt recovery company which will affect your credit rating.
