Current sky vip offer for sky mobile

Hi there

theres currently an offer on sky vip to get a 5gb sim for £5 per month or 25gb for £10 per month. 
two questions:

can i change my current sim contact to one of these offers?

can i keep my existing sky mobile piggybank?

@me2sky  Offers are normally for new sims/numbers
