Bill and payments

my bill has been going up each month I'm not happy with it I thought I had a set monthly payment

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.

 

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

Sky prices are rarely 'fixed'.

 

However, bills only increase if you have a minimum term ending or there are price rises (which are usually in April for most).

 

If your minimum term is ending then you'll have to contact Sky to negotiate or switch to a new provider.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
