Credit score

Evening. I was looking at a phone contract for monthly costs and sky ran a hard search on my account which has significantly lowered my credit score

 

Can this be amended please as I never agreed to this.

AIUI you have to raise a dispute with the CRA.

 

It seems you progressed enough through the process to trigger one.  Sky might push back.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

We work very hard to make sure the information passed to Equifax and Experian is accurate. If you think there’s a mistake or something’s wrong, contact us straight away.
