Credit agreement

I have recently purchased another puck for and signed up to sky mobile. I had an email asking me to sign my credit agreement but everytime I press it nothing seems to happen. Does anyone know where I can sign it to receive my goods.

@MJ23  The credit agreement will be for the mobile devioce not for a stream puck, therefore your post has been moved to the relevant forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
