Credit Check Questions + Swap24

Hi there, 

I currently have a 36 month laptop contract with Sky Mobile and went through credit checking etc for that. 

If I take out a new phone contract on Swap24 in September, will Sky credit check me again?

Also, after the 12 months of Swap24 - do you get credit checked each time you "upgrade"?

The answer is yes to both questions as anytime you order a new device you will be credit checked as they need to know that across the contract you have the ability to pay for it.
