Yes.  It will activate the £2 passport plus.

 

However, you are not charged for the call itself.  Only the £2 to access your plan for 24 hours.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

And with your data plan using mobile data is restricted to 25GB.
