My Daughter has recently been in Corfu and whilst at the beach activated the roaming passport this has resulted in £43 charges as though she was in Albania when she wasn't there. Will Sky refund the charges ?

As for a refund as customers we couldn't possibly say but there is no harm in asking Sky to see what they say.

This can occur if being near another country and the phone is set to 'automatic' network selection.
If the phone connected to an Albanian carrier then she is liable for the charges even if not intended.
Although, she can only phone and see if they are prepared to apply goodwill.
